Liquidity pool creation and management (Raydium, Uniswap v2)
OpenBook market creation
Token management tools (burn, revoke authority, renounce ownership)
Multi-chain portfolio tracking

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CoinDevTools. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Wallet Connection and Transactions

CoinDevTools is a non-custodial platform. We never hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. All transactions are initiated by you through your connected wallet and executed on the respective blockchain.

You are solely responsible for:

Securing your wallet and private keys
Reviewing and confirming all transaction details before signing
Paying all applicable network fees (gas fees, rent, etc.)
Understanding that blockchain transactions are irreversible

5. Fees

CoinDevTools charges service fees for certain operations as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction. These fees are separate from blockchain network fees (gas). Fee amounts are subject to change; the fee shown at the time you initiate a transaction is the fee you pay.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use CoinDevTools to:

Create tokens intended to defraud, scam, or mislead others
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Impersonate another person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform

7. Intellectual Property

The CoinDevTools website, branding, logos, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or branding without explicit written permission. Tokens you create using our tools belong to you — we claim no ownership over tokens created through our platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoinDevTools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our tools.

Cryptocurrency and DeFi involve significant risk. Token values can go to zero. Smart contracts may have vulnerabilities. Liquidity pools can experience impermanent loss. You should only use funds you can afford to lose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinDevTools and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, loss of profits, failed transactions, or tokens that lose value.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinDevTools and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of CoinDevTools after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CoinDevTools shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
